Found these 2 classics on Craigslist over the weekend. I waited a long time to find these in great condition at decent prices. Ninja Gaiden trilogy is finally complete! Now I just need to find Contra Force at a decent price.   |

Cool score for sure. Both awesome games. A lot of nes going around. Makes me want to bust mine out and play. I'm working on mini arcade from back in the day. PAC man miss pack man. Etc. I need galaxian .. I've seen a bunch. But really tuff.

Heck yeah! NES life 4EVA!!  The NES is pretty much my favorite console, although it is tied with the Sega Saturn. Such great games on the system. Some of my favorites are Guerilla War (a must have!), the 1st TMNT, Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!!!, and Earthbound (a fantastic game with an awesome story, easily my favorite game of all time). No modern day console that can come out can rival the NES' library or have as good games as what you can get for this system.

Oh, and that cheap little pile of crap that is the NES Mini is utterly pathetic. 30 games my ass. What fun are you gonna have with just 30 games?! And to top it all off, not all the games included are classics, some great ones were excluded! And who wants to play with short-ass control cables? One thing people like to remember about the original was the long cables that you could use to play a good space away from the console, or could use to swing the control over your head, and whatnot. They couldn't even get that right!

I got pretty much all the pricey games like Panzer Dragoon Saga, Magic Knight Rayearth, Shining Force III, etc. Haven't much time to play it due to work overload and between picking up fishing and always on the search for GPK deals. I really should play it as half of the games I have, I haven't beaten like Rayearth, Burning Rangers, Dragon Force etc. |

Does anybody up here collect French Canadian Black Box NES titles? I'm truly sorry if this ignites a new facet of NES collecting addictions 😇 Didn't even realize they existed until very recently. Check the dual NES seals of quality, and the Mattel logo 🕵🏻 I gotta say these are pretty damn cool and very obscure!  |

There's one on eBay but it looks like only the box is FC. There's a FC Legend of Zelda currently on eBay. Probably the only way to find these as I've never seen them before in my decades of flea market hunts. |

Though only used it with a PAL import of a game I sold... I think Parodius it was called. I forget. Ha! I have been meaning to get into the import stuff but where to find the time for it.  I had a larger collection of Saturn games specifically for factory sealed games. However I sold them all to some lady out of state back in the time when Chrome 1 Atomic craze hit. I should regret having sold them but with the money I got for them, I hit Chrome plates, autos including the Nasty Nick autograph with like 3 Atomic sets. Man... that was an awesome memory forever imprinted in my mind! Easily made the cash back selling most of my Chrome hits with ease and so much more all thanks to my Sega Saturn factory sealed collection I sold. Good times! |

So I stumbled across a manual I never knew about in my Black Box manual quest. After doing some research this was apparently released during the transition from Black Box to the 3 Silver Box games. NES variations can get just as deep as GPK I’m finding out. Different NES seals, foreign variations, 5-screw vs 3-screw games, etc. 🤯  |
