Anybody else seeing the influx of BK on ebay recently straight from Tokyo?? Did that one Japanese collector finally bust open his box? :-) I noticed it!! Like from out of nowhere, crazy!!!! |

Those cards he is holding are fake. There is no writing down the side of the front and there is no empty peel here arrow either. The numbers are too small and are they are the wrong color. Also there is no split in the back where you would peel the back off. FAKE!!!!

Well in that case all 'original' Bukimi Kun cards I've seen are all fakes as they all have the line of text on the right side on the front, all arrows are empty printed without 'peel here' and the 'good' ones all have that crease line on the back of the card backings  |

Well, hopefully the BK prices stay relatively low...that's the only shot I have at ever getting my foreign collection complete. I can't afford thousands for a single card, which is what people want for it.
I only have a handful left to find...it's slow going, but maybe some day.
I've been keeping an eye on a few of the ebay auctions, that one seller keeps leaking just a few at a time. I tried contacting them and they said they are basically doing consignment and have no idea if more are coming. Blah...

If I were sure it were authentic and it was mint, I'd pay a lot. But I won't get in a bidding war with someone who has to win...if it ever hits eBay there are people with much deeper pockets than myself out there. |

A few hundred is the top of my range for it, and I think most would agree that I am what you could call a Jay Decay fan. The only offer I ever got to buy one was over $2000, which of course I had to turn down for many reasons. I hope to one day have a reasonable offer that I can accept, because it's definitely one of my main collecting goals to complete my foreign Jay/Ted set. |

So I've been saving pics of each Bukimi Kun lot that Japanese eBay seller autolover-ink (http://www.ebay.com/usr/autolover-ink?_trksid=p2047675.l2559) has listed since early September 2015 (let me know if I missed any). This info will be useful to see what each card/wrapper sold for on eBay (see eBay completed listings), help establish which BKs are the more common cards that have been listed multiple times, and simply to see what you may have missed. Eric sold it, Mike bought it. I don't know their price, but I was offered $2500. And there's no way I would pay that much even if I could afford it. I've got a mint place holder cut from a poster that was $15.
Don't get me wrong, it's worth what someone will pay. But those BK singles are showing up a lot more on eBay than the GDL and Loucomania lately. They aren't worth my retirement fund.
Plenty of OS 1 going to the $300 range lately. Twice that for a Ted might be a stretch but maybe fair. Maybe. Not saying I can pay that much, but whatever.
