Anywho, sooo glad I FINALLY enjoyed myself all over this set! Well it's a good thing you protected them in the binder pages first.

My first final, thanks to peacheswithpeaches. I love this piece, and the frame is such an amazing compliment to the art. Thats awesome but please don't catch the final sickness. Too many people with that already! Congratz! That frame is art in itself.

I think he just means the foggy ass pic is proof that there is an Adam bomb card. Pretty sure he has no idea what a proof is and just saw it on some listings.

Why not keep it? If you did sell it how much profit would you actually make? Maybe 10-15$? If that's worth it to you. Otherwise it doesn't take up too much space to hold on to.

But is that what someone will actually pay? Is there a market for them? Anyone on here interested in trading? Well there is more of a market for them than I thought since you bought some.

I don't know how accurate this is but this is the online calculator that I use. You can even use a reverse calculator to let you know how much you need to list an item at to give you the return you want. www.newlifeauctions.com/calc.htmlThanks for sending this! This is cool. I just did a couple of tests on this, and it seems to accurately take into account the eBay and Paypal fees. But I'm not sure if it's factoring in shipping. At least eBay (if not Paypal as well) hits you with fees on shipping. For instance, I entered $100 in the "amount desired" field in the Reverse Calculator section. It told me I needed to sell the item for $115.15 to get $100. But that $115.15 doesn't account for shipping. It's factoring in only the 10% eBay fee and the ($0.30 + 2.9%) Paypal fee. If your shipping costs are $10, you'd have to sell the item for $126.45 including shipping ($116.45 not including shipping) to net $100. But maybe I'm not doing it right... If you aren't breaking even on shipping you aren't doing it right.

Soooooo I haven't had as many offers as I thought regarding the Damon sale. I think a lot of you are on the fence whether you think your collection is even worthy, let me say you are worth it! Go for it! Also I think it might be a technical issue, can everyone see the gem photo? That could be it, you might think this is Flamin' Raymond instead of Flamin' Damon and really who wants OS10 trash so I get it. This is the exact card you will get, OS9 Flamin' Damon. Stunner!!!
Just to sweeten the pot I will include a wrapper with purchase! Not sure a wrapper of what but I'm sure it will be great trust me.

Thanks to all the well wishers, I didn't expect this much outpouring. But without further adieu lets get this show on the road. Here we have a simply stunning piece of GPK memorabilia, top shelf icon Flamin' Damon on his original card in the mighty 9th series from waaaaay back in 1987!!! This beautiful gem is an easy PSA 9, or dare I say PSA 10? Not sure your collection can handle such a grail? Well it makes the perfect gift! Not just GPK collectors but people that collect 80s memorabilia, playground equipment fans and especially slide enthusiasts will get endless hours of entertainment from the legendary card. Not only do you get the card but included is a penny sleeve keeping it contained and stunningly mint. So how much for this grail? Starting offer is the low low price of $50.00 (plus 19.85 shipping and handling). May seem a bit high at first but how many of this legendary card pop up in the wild? maybe 1,000?? How many 50 dollar bills are there? About a billion so you can see the rarity. Go into any bank and they have stacks of 50s, but do they have stacks of Flamin' Damon??? Do they even have 1? NO! This card isn't even available at the top retailers in the country, Walmart, Target, Piggly Wiggly??? None to be found! So lets do this! Who will be the lucky winner? Lets come together and get this bad boy sold, I have so much more stuff to list but need to list one at a time so I don't get overwhelmed. Faster we can move through this the happier the wife will be. I'm actually a bit worried that some of these could take a while to sell and I could have this collection for decades to come.

And I'm not going to ask Steve how much he sold his OS1 set for. I'm new here, and I don't want to upset him! Its fine, Steve is like Frank Costanza he isn't happy unless hes upset.

I mean you could have easily got a dollar each with the same amount of work but nothing to beat yourself up over. Try to get them back if you can, Steve is legit. You might even say 2 legit. Again yours wasn't a big deal in the scheme of things even if you can't get it back, ask Steve about how much he sold his OS1 final for. Thats a heart breaker

So gems go for around 10-15$ each, figure maybe 10% of your stack. One step below that are about 3-5 each. Lower grade than that about a buck each. Really good sets go from 100-150 each. I've seen a best of the best minty set go for over 300. Took multiple boxes though.

Well if you are happy you one and done'ed it then just enjoy your 160 bucks. Comparison is the theft of joy, and all that stuff. If you still want to know I can post some estimated prices.

Just the fact that topps has the nerve to put "success and fame" along with "The Garbage Pail Kids Movie" in the same sentence should be grounds to throw this case out. Additionally the irony that topps is complaining about anyone diluting the brand, especially Luis, boggles my mind and makes me think this lawsuit is some kind of sick joke. This POS isn't diluting the brand apparently But this is Let me unequivocally state for the record there has been absolutely no confusion about the swill that topps puts out vs what Diaz puts out.

I was about to post this, seems like Trippy has a habit of beating me out by a day I couldn't see the card very well because the price was blinding me. You could pick up so much art for that price its madness. You think hes just put an insane price so he can give someone a "deal" at half off?? Even if it was actually gem you could get most of the rest of the OS1 set in gem for that much. BGS hits off center hard they would prob give it a 9 at best.

I'm not even sure that Raoul even likes GPKs, I think he has some kind of fetish for M named artists. Mchughs, Moffett, Mark....need to capitalize on this somehow. Hey man have you heard about those sweet sketches from Mc4yaa?? Weird name I know but hes up and coming in the scene and his art is something to behold. Cash offers excepted. Mmmmmm yeah! Dude, if you can scrounge me up a mc4yaa sketch, I’ll pay big rupees Oh yeh!!! I'm so pumped!!! My first commission gig, and payment in rupees, thats almost like real money. Times like these I get sentimental and think of the wise words my mentor Mark Pingitore said to me. "If I catch you digging through my trash again I'll kill you". Sounds hard but I think what he meant was chase your dreams and make them happen, lifes a ship and you're the captain. My dreams have come true today...Jai Ho!!!!!
