There a lot of these that are obvious as soon as you see the GPK but seeing this thread there are a lot that I didn't realise how they were influenced, until you see the comparison with a photo of the original artwork
Jolted JOEL/Live MIKE (53a/b from OS2) is partly influenced by Van Halen. You could tell by the painted stripes on his signature Kramer Guitar. The other elements (like the boots, headband, etc.) used for this GPK could be from some other hair metal band member(s) as well.
