$265 15th series die-cut 88 card set variant, gum stains on about 20 of the cards across the fronts, gumstains on both Ada Bomb and Blasted Betty (!!!), but many really nice NM cards. Tied DI is warped. Did I get ripped off?

I hate to say it, but it sure sounds like it. How did the seller advertise it? I would try to return it if it was falsely advertised.

I’d try to get my money back, even though the listing says no returns. If the seller refuses, open a case against him. He failed to mention the gum stains, and gum stains are a major issue.
