This would be much cooler as a thick stock card with a QR code or hologram, along with blockchain. What does the word CARD mean? That banner should replace the OS10-current banner . I’ve been asking Topps for years, with no response. They can obviously use a more OS GPK banner and get rid of that ugly birthday banner they have used since 87.

you have to pay artists to produce art for the online sets or the ebay blank back auctions. now they can sell the digital version of adam bomb on the blockchain (LOL) to some sucker who will pay 10's of thousands. no overhead, no artists, just pure profit. wax will not be around for long imo, its an erc-20 scam token. this is a full on money grab. ill stick to 1/1 art that i love and 80s cards.

I have the Grossville High set as well. I remember collecting them as a kid. They were actually quite popular at my school! GPK was that big of a deal that even the copy-cat cards did well. Sadly, the artist who did all the Grossville cards passed away. But does anyone know what became of the original art?

Hmm...according to this blog post from 2011, the artist (Gary Cangemi) said he still had the original art in his possession: www.brandedinthe80s.com/6358/peel-here-111-a-grossville-high-school-reunionIt’s possible all of the art is still with his family.

That banner on the old art looks poopy. Yeah, the black border is too thick (among other problems).

I only have info on a set similar to Grossville High (Fleer product), which is Toxic High (Topps product). Much of Toxic High's spectacular art was done by the legendary Drew Friedman. But he's a high end dude, and you'll have to PAY for any of his original artwork if you want it in the collection...if he'll even sell it to you. Great guy though! www.facebook.com/drew.friedman.75

Nobody knows where the final art pieces for Toxic High went. They were supposed to go back to the artists, but someone stole them shortly after the set was made. If you ever find one, report the seller!

Wow, Toxic High stolen, OS16 missing. There was a lot of intrigue at Topps in the 80s!
