Hello all - My name is Brad and I'm new to the forum. I wanted to post about my Garbage Pail Kids inspired art that I've been doing. I created a 20 trading card Series 1 set titled, "Beef Bucket Kids" back in early October 2018. The card set features GPK inspired artwork parodying Newfoundland & Labrador (Canada) notable people and culture ranging from actors, wrestlers and local news anchors for example. Images are hand drawn, scanned and digitally printed onto Luxe Fine Art Matt paper, producing a beautiful effect to the final product. Each print is hand signed and numbered (if applicable). Each card measures standard trading card size (2.5"x3.5"). The complete set of 20 cards is $15 CDN and can be found here: BEEF BUCKET KIDS SERIES 1 TRADING CARDS I also designed a 20 trading card set of Wacky Packages inspired art parodying Newfoundland & Labrador notable products and foods called 'Kitchen Party!'. You can order a set of these for just $15 CDN here: KITCHEN PARTY - NEWFOUNDLAND GROCERY PARODY Hope you enjoy the trading card sets that I have produced so far. I often showcase my work at local exhibits and art shows, love meeting new people! The extent of my Beef Bucket Kid characters have gone beyond just trading cards, but recently I've used them in a line of greeting cards which have gotten a positive response! Thanks for taking a look, add me to Instagram for all my latest work and all that sort of fun stuff! @serealbowlIf you have any comments or questions feel free to drop me a line at serealbowlart (at) gmail (dot) come or just leave a comment below! Would love to hear what you think of my venture.
