Will someone please explain the difference between die cut vs. not die cut garbage pail kids cards as it pertains to the first 15 original series? Thank you. A GPK card measures 3.5" by 2.5", and the front of the card is actually a sticker that can be peeled off of its paper backing. On a non die-cut card, there is one complete sticker and it has the same 3.5" by 2.5" dimensions as the card back. However, a die-cut sticker will essentially have two stickers on the front of the card - a border sticker, which measures 3.5" by 2.5", but has its middle cut out, and also the middle sticker (where the actually GPK character and name plates appear), whose measurements vary, but fits perfectly inside the border sticker. This is because the card has been die-cut so that just the character can be removed from the card while the border sticker remains attached (if one so chooses). All original series 1-15 have die-cut cards. Series 15 also has non die-cut cards, and I suppose this can be considered an "error", but is actually more common than the die-cut version.
