Hey everybody! I was craving some Big League Chew bubble gum over the weekend, so I stopped in a candy store at 108 Rivington St in New York City. They have OS boxes in the window, and bins full of packs of various trading cards inside, including OS4, 9 & 13. The prices were pretty steep - $5 a pack, but still pretty cool to spot in an old candy store.

Finding OS packs in a retail store brings back the same feeling I had as a kid when I'd go to the drug store to buy GPKs. It is an amazing feeling.

I love it so much!

It totally reminds me of being a kid, but I wish we were still able toss a quarter on the counter and walk away with a pack. Those are some of my best childhood memories. Today a kid can't walk into a store on the way to school with 50 cents and walk away with two packs of GPK or baseball cards. It seems to me like kids are missing out on that experience with the prices of things today. Sucks for them!
