So I maaaaay have recently bought a bunch of cheap toys for a very reasonable price (about $3 per figurine). They are in "played with" shape, and have some scuffs and stains. This is my first foray into this arena, and I have to say it is a bit exciting. But I have to ask the veterans, what exactly have I gotten myself into?

Good times but it won't be bad unless you want to get you a few rares then the sky is the limit

Lotta debt if your not careful, lol! That's exactly what I'm scared of, ha ha! I think I'd like to complete a base set of just one color and call it a day. Green if I have a choice.

$3 bucks a piece is a great deal. I’ve slowly been building a base set over the years paying $5-7 a piece max, only buying cheap lots like you found. When buying common items there’s never a rush. Trying to trade for my remaining few needs if you have doubles.
Peach: Alice (found), Janie Green: NWD Red: Chris, Heather (found)

If you have cash ready to go, there are a looooot of toys floating around for purchased compared to other times. All depends how deep you’re planning to take it. It’s a fun challenge. Series 2 will drive you insane if you get into them.

Can anyone tell me whether this is a lime green cheap toy or a pea green cheap toy?: www.ebay.com/itm/302862943661?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649I listed it as lime green, because it doesn't look glossy or "wet" to me. But it appears to me to have the same finish as my orange and base green figures. Does this mean it's matte and therefore a "lime" green? Or is it actually glossy and therefore a "pea" green? Thanks!
