This should be in its own thread.

I agree, not sure how to do it though? Go into whatever section you want to create a thread in and in the top right corner there will be a button that says create thread. When you click on it, you will be taken to a box that looks similar to a thread post but it will be the means to start a new thread. Hope that helps.

I still have hope I can find my lot of S1/S2 Cheap Toys. I found my S4-15 cards at my Mother's house 5 years ago and then found this forum with my renewed interest. At the time I couldn't find my small stash of S1 cards which I typically kept with my Cheap Toys. My child-brain obviously associated some value with Cheap Toys... linking them to the Series 1 cards and storing them together. GPK in three dimensions! While I know now that there was a ton of other GPK memorabilia/toys... to me at the time, Cheap Toys were it. I have since found my S1 cards... though the Cheap Toys remain missing. I've purchased a set of S1 Cheap Toys ( USA mind you) on Ebay to appease my thoughts that my childhood collection is gone forever. When I visit my Mother's house for Christmas this year I'm going to rummage again to the best of my abilities.

I don't have a single scrap of my childhood collection.

When I was a kid I found photos of a dead homeless guy that way!

Although I faintly recall hiding things behind books on a specific bookshelf when I was younger. So that's where I'm starting the rummage.

I was watching the auction end yesterday. I guess the defect was a turn off for people. I think if it was a normal red Glenn it would have gone for a bit more.

There is a CA series one...that's where you Canadian Aquas etc. come from. If you haven't already take some time to read the treads Russ put together on the various cheap Toy releases. They are a great place to learn just about everything a CT collector might want to know. I have been reading through Russ' threads on cheap toys. I found them very helpful. Great for Noobs like me. Anybody got this dude lens contact information?
