I dont usually comment cause my dislike for the last two years of gpks has been echoed so fully by others.
It's GREAT to be able to say WOW!
This is the first set in two years I like every card. I felt good about paying for this set. Let's hope this is more like what the 80s set will be like instead of those awful preview pics.

Topps new crew does not seem to understand that what we are begging for. Besides the backs, numbers, die cut.
The basic fact is, we fell in love with gpk because of the innocent churubic Cpk form mixed in perverse and satirical context. That is the brand Topps created and are not following. Child abuse gpk like Ash Tray and transsexuals (remember this was for kids and the 80s parents were freaked)like Rock E. Horror. As outlandish as it may be, we fell in love with the UN-PC.
They are missing such an opportunity. They should know kids aren't buying the online sets. THIS IS THE TIME TOPPS, to sell what we want...the bloody, disgusting, perverse, and especially morally void, and get away with it like HBO:)

These aren't to bad. But, not great either. GPK's that refuse to be counterculture or dark-humored or hard-edged are just going to be weak sauce. The robo-cop parody is nice and all. But a pop-gun instead of a real (albeit futuristic in design) gun like robo-cop uses in the movies, TV show ect.😑.
