That pencil is amazing. It's in pristine condition too. Outstanding find! Thanks aneuman! :-) It's astonishing how it evaded grade school pencil-pop sessions (aka pencil-break), teeth marks, and getting sharpened over decades. Praying the seller finds more as he keeps spelunking thru his kid's room lol

I can't imagine a pencil lasting 30 years like it just came out of the packaging. Amazing!

Yellow negative twins. Conjoined once again ๐๐ Awesome find, one of the best characters in my opinion. This guy is seared into my mind for my entire life. I just stared at it forever as a kid, I couldn't get over it. Oddly enough, this piece and a few others are what gave me an appreciation for art. Not art history in college or going to art house shows, but rather some GPK that just got his ass kicked.

Yellow negative twins. Conjoined once again ๐๐ Awesome find, one of the best characters in my opinion. ย This guy is seared into my mind for my entire life. ย I just stared at it forever as a kid, I couldn't get over it. ย Oddly enough, this piece and a few others are what gave me an appreciation for art. ย Not art history in college or going to art house shows, but rather some GPK that just got his ass kicked. ย Haha. Yes!! I did the same growing up. OS3 packs were the first ones I remember buying, and Marcus was in the first handful of packs I got that day. He's the epitome of the anti-CPK GPK. I used to show him and Cody to girls that had their CPKs with them for shock value. Always wondered what the heck he did wrong to get beat-down like that. But Marcus always prevails with a smile, kinda like "you should see the other guy" haha. To me Marcus symbolizes getting through all of life's endless amount of problems, issues, and BS with a smile. If Marcus can do it, there must be a way! ๐ค

Time for a GPK item that rarely surfaces from France..... The tape cassette version of Le Bande Des Crados ๐ I guess this would be a called a "Maxi-single", a term I haven't used in decades. France Les Crados "Le Bande Des Crados" [Off The Track Rec.] Part of my tape collection: ๐ค

Thanks for the kind words aeneuman ๐ Getting positive reviews and "likes" makes this great hobby even better ๐ Before I got back into GPK about 4 years ago I collected all kinds of vintage audio/video items, 80s movie soundtracks on tape and vinyl included ๐ค Finding items that are a hybrid of GPK and audio is the crรจme de la crรจme for me. ๐

Busted a box of Australia Garbage Gang Series 3 (AUS3) earlier this week and while I didn't complete a variation set I came very close to the Mugged Marcus GG puzzle. I had to use one piece from the UK3 series to complete it. Can anybody tell what piece it is? ๐ต๐ป Hint: not the piece with copyright info. Gum anyone? ๐ I took pics of all the packs that I opened as they were pulled . Will make a AUS3 box break thread soon! ๐ค Special thanks to kblaze for the cheap sealed box! ๐

Winner winner chicken dinner! ๐ Very subtle but a difference in the green color of his coat is noticeable, plus the puzzle piece doesn't fit perfectly as his scar did not align correctly. You win some GG3 gum, wrapper and of course a Fowl Raoul/Mack Quack GG3. ๐ *You must make a vid of you chewing the gum tho ๐ PM sent. The card I'm missing is 115b (left border puzzle piece) if anyone has it I will certainly trade in your favor!

So the owner of my newest Loucomania card gave me some instructions and warnings before competing our transaction: keep away from sunlight, keep away from water, and never, ever feed it after midnight. Well unfortunately my cat knocked a glass of water onto it and the craziest thing happened: Joan Clone multiplied!!! ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ

I always like to post something special on special occasions and since today is Christmas here's a trifecta I've been working on for a while. The Israeli version proved hardest to find and was the last to complete the trilogy. Special thanks to Adam/Jimbo, first and current King of Israel, for finding Israeli Monte!! Merry Christmas everyone!! ๐

No worries, bud. that's one of the many beautiful qualities of this forum. If you don't/can't own it at the moment, at least you can admire it here until you get one of your own. That doesn't really apply to the one-of-a-kind items, though haha...
