Today I'd like to share something very, very special. I finally completed the boxed Bop Bag set of 6. Not too long ago I only had 4 boxed and 2 loose, but over the course of a couple months I managed to find the last 2 boxed ones I needed for the set. Special thanks to Doug Food for helping me find a majority of these, and to rmfkid with helping me find one of the last ones I needed. Saved searches on eBay helped me find the last one to complete the boxed set. Behold!!! I put the red dots in order π€ Contents of a complete Bop Bag: Box, Bop Bag, and 2 repair kits folded inside of the Bop Bag Close-up of the 2 repair kits (Topps/Imperial knew kids would be knocking the crap out of these things) Enjoy! :-)

Nice new pick ups. I saw a full box of new zealand series 3 on ebay. But the box dident have the 40c print in the white circle. But it was legit. so maybe some still sealed boxes that you think are australian could be filled with new zealand packs.

Is this the one? www.ebay.com/itm/131919589124The Garbage Gang New Zealand Australia Foreign Regina Sealed Box 48ct 1988 I kept seeing that box listed on SpreeBay but assumed it was an AUS3 box instead since it didn't have the "40c" print like u mentioned. I think they all say "Product of New Zealand" on the bottom, but to be sure I can take a pic of both the AUS3/NZ3 box bottoms next to each other after work. :-)

Yeah i think thats a australian box or it came from a case where he opened a box from and it had nz packs. But no i was talking about another one but looks like its no longer listed. It was on ebay for months. It was an open box so you could see the new zealand packs in side but had no 40c print on it.

I picked up several foreign display boxes over the last 4-5 months and finally getting around post them up. Today is my first day of vacation for a whole week so many more pics to come since I'll finally have time during the day for proper nerdism. Here's a rarity from South America: Chile Salo Basuritas empty display box Front Side Back Box and sealed Chilean Salo Basuritas pack example

AUS on top, NZ on bottom. Totally different text on each box! So if that was a NZ box of packs maybe they just forgot to stamp it with 40c. Would be awesome to know that the cards u pulled were from a NZ box. You could then have the common AUS3 set and more rare NZ3 set, although the cards would look identical heh

Found this while moving stuff around. I use the 5x7 toploaders to safely stack display boxes. Not a rare release but the ones with the "omaggio" stamp on the back don't appear too often. Italy Mega Sgorbions Series 2 empty wrapper "omaggio" variation.

Look at the barcodes. Both on ebay have the same code as the australian one. So the one that claims its a nz box is probably a australian box.

I was able to get my hands on a UK Giant box recently via eBay and now that I have both the seldom seen UK Giant and common US Giant Series 2 display boxes I thought I'd make a comparison. Both boxes contain 72 packs. United Kingdom left and USA right: Differences: -Copyright info is completely different on boxes and wrappers. -Back of UK box is beige and back of US box is white -UK wrappers are way thicker! Look at box width difference for 72 packs each. -Adam's face is peach on UK box and more off-white on USA box. -UK are matte back and US are glossy backs. -The 99c price tag is in the top right corner of the USA box, but is a bit to the left on UK box.

My main GPK addictions are Imperial and foreign items, but I've also been building a vinyl (some tapes too) collection over the last 20 years via djing, crate digging and collecting. Here's a couple GPK related pieces: Garbage Pail Kids The Movie soundtrack (12" sealed LP and Cassette) (front/back) Cabbage Patch Kids "Cabbage Patch Dreams" (sealed 12") and French Les Crados "La Bande Des Crados (7") Back of Les Crados 7" (has Les Crados #135 stuck to the back) One more piece of GPK vinyl has been added to the collection. Garbage Pail Kids The Movie Soundtrack - "You Can Be A Garbage Pail Kid" b/w "Working With Each Other" - (Promo) 7" Single [Curb Rec] Side A: Side B: There's one GPK 7" I still need and that's the full version (non-promo) of this 45.

Found a 1985 GPK Pencil with Dressy Jesse on it. These seldom seen school supplies were produced by Topps and Bright Ideas (same company out of Coatsville, PA that made the Notebooks/Notepads) The seller was cleaning out his son's room after using it as storage for 20 years and discovered it. Hoping to one day see the original packaging these came in. Anybody sitting on a sealed pack of these??
