Gilen, a french illustrator, created a 10 cards limited set (96 numbered and signed) inspired by Les Crados : The cards are sold in a box. You'll find a video of the hand-made boxes here : www.gilen.fr/la_bande_des_gilens.htmlPretty cool...  These are still available. Ordered some last week and they arrived within a week. I don't even think I paid shipping to the states. gilen.bigcartel.com/ He also has Disney's Bastards for sale.   Edit: Also ordered The collector edition of Mutafukaz 5 from french amazon and will post pics when it arrives. If I even ordered it correctly. Haha. Said it should be here by the end of the month... I already posted this in another thread ( link) : Bérurier Noir is the headlining band of the french punk scene in the 80's. They released a live LP in 1990 untitled "Viva Bertaga". The front cover of this album features several Crados-like cards representing the band members :  A better pic of these Crados-like cards :  The vinyl was reissued in 2012 and can be purchased via eBay.fr... A tribute album was released in 2001 : different punk bands covered Bérurier Noir songs. The vinyl sleeve contained this booklet featuring a GPK borrowing :  |

New French magazine... or "fanzine" I should say (the layout is pretty bad)... 
   18 removable cards   I found three copies in my local press store. 100 000 copies were printed. To my UG friends who collect foreign stuff : don't feed the vultures who already sell some copies at ridiculous prices on eBay ! This fanzine is sold for 4.99 euros and is still available in press stores. I'm going to keep one copy for me. If some of you are interested, I'll send the two others for 4.99 euros + shipping. Just let me know. |

A calendar should be released in France next month. Pretty hard to find some informations about it... "Les Crados 2018" should contain 28 pages and will be released by Carabas Editions (12 euros) : www.amazon.fr/Crados-2018-Collectif/dp/2351009886/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1509532723&sr=8-2&keywords=calendrier+cradosFrom an unofficial source : it should be some kind of tribute with 13 new characters... This one could be one of these new characters :  It looks like another stinky release to make easy money with our nostalgia. This book was already pure sh** :  It's just a "copy and paste" from the US edition : they even kept the US series numbering which doesn't make any sense (there were two original French releases and they both mixed cards from series 1 to 9...). Now they make a second release with some bonus cards. Don't make fun of me... I talked about it above (there are no more pics because of Photobucket), the recent magazines were also total crap :  Can't you hear the cash register noise ? I'm done with lazy stuff like this, there's no way I still spend money to support these crooks... Someone here in France should take charge to publish something solid which would really reflects what Les Crados were in the 80's. |

So many items were discovered since then (it is almost 7 years now!), but I had so much fun gaining all of the material and writing that handbook. I am still proud of my cover ahah |
