I have my collection complete, except for one card "semi colin with no number" is the only card I need to finish my US GPK sets, (well I need a CZop and Bunk sketches also) but I have all the other cards, inserts and all the bonus cards including B2 If anyone have an extra semi colin error card for sale or trade please let me know!! I have some extra spanish cards called La Pandilla Basura (super pop edition). ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/667342/images/AqjRkDHXJnkCQyNKhagq.gif)

Wow - you'll have to post pics of the series 1 boxes that you bought for only $250 each!! Sounds too good to be true! ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v722/GPKC/think.gif)

I wish I started collecting 2 decades ago perhaps. I just find it very hard to come to terms with the notion of starting to collect the wax boxes from the OS these days due to the mass infiltration of "searched boxes".
I would say that the GPK hobby probably stayed away from "The Search", a bit longer than traditional sports cards, due to the rookie investments, but unfortunately I seriously believe that within the last 10 years many boxes of OS GPK have been searched due to grading purposes. I know obviously that the OS1 and OS2 are the big sets that get sent out to grading, but I do see many cards from OS3 and up on ebay that have been graded. I think many at the time when grading became "big", would really have an initiative to find the "mintiest" of cards out there.

All my ANS base sets are complete. And i'm really close to completeing OS4 ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v722/GPKC/dance1.gif) . But the thing I like about GPKs is there will always be something else to add to my collection.

for the most part yes. Just missing some of the bonus, scratch and stink cards from the ans series. I have all the base sets of every series. I don't count the gold parallel set as it's just too damm hard to complete but i do have 2 sets of the green, pink and silver for fb1 and 2. Cost me a pretty penny though. Just looking for some unique cards now, mainly those with dif artwork so foreign cards aren't high on my list. I may just get one of each to showcase the diff types.

My collection is really only getting started again. So very far from complete.
Would very much like to eventually own a sketch, and an auto from fb series 3, or even a final art piece, but that is a ways off. I will be happy just to collect all of the original cards for now.

after seeing some of the other collections on this site. i feel i have virtually nothing in comparison, so no, sadly no. But it only fuels the hunt even more ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/667342/images/AqjRkDHXJnkCQyNKhagq.gif) edit: i have my childhood collection and if that's all i have left, i'm fine with it. All the new stuff coming out is just milking the fans. The flippers will just turn and burn this hobby down to the ground now. Thanks topps for catering to dealers, your short-sighted vision will cost you future fans and most important long term collectors who are all checking out now one by one. You're stuck with rainbow collectors. You'll have to keep making their favorite cards or you'll them as well..

Once about 6 months ago, I thought I knew what a complete collection was. I can't define it anymore... I will however try!

Do I feel my collection is complete? Short answer: f**k no. I won't be satisfied until I have a vial of Jimmy Chan's blood.
...then, I'm going to pour part of it over Sunshine Bomby, and drink the rest for POWER.

I've gotta find me a bukimi Adam bomb.....and a darn uraguaian... Then maybe. I set out to find every foreign issue of the iconic card plus variations. Missing a few of those still, a few new ones pop up here and there that even the hard core collectors arnt aware of. It's been a moving target the last 5 or 6 years but I'm getting there. A big thanks to killing moon and the UG. Without this site it would be impossible for me to track some down. The search has been fun though.

Definitely not, my collection will only be complete once I am dead...
In fact, I am looking forward to getting older and seeing how much people pay for UK OS 5 in 40 years!
... I am sure most of it will have been sold to the Chinese by then!

Yes and no. I am satisfied with my collection. I have everything I remembered having or wanting as a kid. That was my original goal in GPK collecting. I have my favorite characters proof cards (jolted joel and live mike). So I am happy and satisfied. Now...complete? Well Obviously I want a lot of new stuff. I would love to get some OS1-3 artwork but its out of a price range I am willing to pay. I would love to get PSA/BGS 10s and more stuff like that but thats just icing on the cake compared to just having complete OS 1-5 sets to me.

not even close i need to further expand my proof card collection and expand my rough art collection so i have two pieces from as many artists as possible. Also more custom nasty nicks in various colors.

I just started collecting last year so I feel like I have a long way to go, with so much to collect I am going to keep to certain things. I'll probably make a post of my collection at the one year mark or when I get a final art piece that I really want. One piece in my collection that I love looking at is the OS1 sheet with a blank back, really worked hard to pick that piece up so it means a lot to me, in my opinion it's a really rare piece I only know of 2 that has both a and b side that are out there, I'm glade to say they made it to the UG.

one thing is for sure. since bns2, noone will ever have a "complete" gpk collection. The completist is dead in 2013.
New thread title should be: Do you feel your rainbow is complete?

Have to say I agree. This fall was just crazy. BNS2, BNS3, Minikins, Chrome, Posters, Greeting cards, Mini Series, and now Jan 2014 just around the corner. They did too much too fast. Just do one solid release and advertise it well. I really think they need to do it right with minikins 2. This is their big ticket to get new collectors. My 3 year old son loves them.

At this point it's 2 things: 1. Complete the OS sets in PSA 10 2. All Tasted Tony stuff It is nice to have the end goal defined. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/667342/images/AqjRkDHXJnkCQyNKhagq.gif) I'll still collect the new stuff to some extent but am kinda burnt out on parallels right now and in fact have been selling some stuff to put towards my PSA's. At this point for me its to get some OS1-3 artwork. jolted joel/live mike would be enough for me. But one piece from each of those 3 series would be amazing. Otherwise I have all the cards I want for the most part.

I think I'm going to have to define mine as 1 card per piece of art. Just going for the A and B is becoming way too expensive anymore. With all of the subsets, bonus cards from different sales type boxes and the "C" cards it's becoming financially impractical to collect. I think most collectors will soon have to become satisfied with a complete numbered set of mixed a/b or as GPKcollector mentioned, complete rainbows.
I'm near the end of collecting as this hobby is becoming too ridiculously expensive due to release frequency and manufactured rarities.

I am am disappointed as well. Although relief also comes to mind. Base sets, a final, and a few of each parallel is fine with me going forward. Topps just saved me.... Well let's just say lots. Going forward, completist I am not.
