Jim and I conducted a Cheap Toy trade/sell during supper friday night over beers. On the table a SUPER RARE Midnight Megan(his) and I RARE UK Blue Alice Island, and we both had cash on hand. That said, it wasn't really much different than trading over the phone or through emails, but it was certainly more visceral. Over an email you can't sense people's true emotions and not really over the phone either. It was neat, actually trading with Jim in person, and he played his 'cards' well!   Eventually, we did trade and some cash was throw in to make it complete, and we both walked away with a souveneer from CheapToyCon.  Here's some random shots, some taken before and after. Aaron helped to break some of the tension during the standoff where Jim and I pretty much had decided that it wasn't going to work out, by asking Jim to dump his 'floaters' into the his glass of water, then he asked me to drink it. I actually drank some water from the straw and realized I was drinking after Jim, lol. The Midnight Megan  The color comparison-VERY difficult in the low light of the bar  |

Later, Ben realized he couldn't take that large bin on the plane and decided to leave most of the painted figures... ...I wonder where that abandoned bin is now?  The Monos  Random painted figgies  |

All I remember is walking up there(for some reason), and finding everyone hanging out in the Blue room, and sitting down, and that's the last thing I remember until I started walking back up the stairs to go back downstairs. I do remember you(Chris) kept laughing at me and I couldn't figure out what you were saying, and I think I passed out, lol. Like the Blair Witch Project, I found these blue room pics on my video camera later while going through my pictures from the trip!  Pointless, drunken shots( I was fffffffffffucked up ;D_  In fact, it looks like this was shot while laying on the ground.   |

I am cleaning out the pics on my phone and came across these...  Cory, AJ and Jason on the first night. Sometime after the Punjab incident I think?
