I was commissioned by the staff to illustrate and design an official t-shirt for the Con, that I'll be selling at the event. I'd like to share a photo of a recent GPK Soundwave commission. Painted in acrylics. Hope you like it! Also, I've been receiving inquiries for art commissions lately. Unfortunately, my schedule is pretty tied up to take on more commissions at this time. Hopefully things will open up after GPK-CON. Now you see here folks, here is a piece worthy of being on a mainline GPK series. Now why aren't there any of these high quality like pieces on the newer releases? This literally destroys everything since BNS 1. It is pretty obvious Topps is rushing the artists or under paying them. Seriously wtf? This is the kind of quality Topps should make the artist accomplish to make great sets. Layron, you got some serious explaining to do on wtf is going behind those closed Topps doors. |

Some can knock out illustrations quick without quality loss and others need ample amount of time to achieve a certain look. It also can boil down to personal tastes in art. (I know that many of you use John Pound as a measuring rod to rate GPK art .) |

The great thing about being an artist is that I can create as many images as I want. I can illustrate many characters on official or unofficial stock. If it sells, great! If it doesn't, then I have something to frame or give away as a gift...No sweat off my back and no need for you to "boggle the mind" about it. It's not that deep! My point again is "Good thing I didn't waste it on official GPK cardstock! Anywho, to each its own!" (Just saying!) Ciao!  Update - SOLD!!! (Revel Laughs!!!)
