PIA Soup/Ravenous REGAN Final You've defined your own style of GPK perfectly Ping! Much like Luis, it's great to see an interpretation of John Pounds original imagining evolve with the artists own style. You can tell you're an animator in the way you draw - The expression, the still snapshot of the action - it's refreshing to see. Loving the work so far!

Can you disclose what is happening with that amazing gladiator concept for the magnet set? Maybe I'll do a painting and print of it some day, but I wouldn't expect it in an official series.

Can you disclose what is happening with that amazing gladiator concept for the magnet set? Maybe I'll do a painting and print of it some day, but I wouldn't expect it in an official series. This is the travesty of the art direction topps has taken through the years... your gladiator concept is the epitome of what OS 1-5 was all about... No need of potty humor, just a CPK kid in a reconizable situation. Ie The thinker, mona lisa, a zombie, a werewolf, a barbarian, a transformer, etc.... This is what started the craze, not someone eating boogers and playing with thier poop... Please pass this on to the team... Its not about blatant gore Bunk, its about simple reconizable ideas and concepts... Keep doing what your are doing. I think you are the only artist that caught the vision Pound established. As an avid artist myself I have respect for those are willing to produce what fans want and not simply go against the grain because they have the clout to do so.
