how much is this basuritas album worth? This album is from Argentina and not Uruguay... With the front covers being the same from both Argentina and Uruguay, The easiest way to tell the difference between the two is by looking at the back cover. Here is an example: Argentina Basuritas series 1 back cover- Uruguay Basuritas series 1 back cover- or by looking on the inside back cover: Argentina Basuritas series 1 "Made in San Juan" Uruguay Basuritas series 1 back cover- "Uruguay in the bottom left hand corner" -TCT

The album that you are asking about is for sale every week in argentina ebay. It sells for 20-50. Depending on quality/ stickers in it etc. and the all too every lasting demand thing. I personally like the albums 100% full, your answer 20 to 50 PLUS shipping. and if it coming from outside the US/Canada your looking at at least 20 in shippping so 40-70 would be a fair price to me. I need a upgrade how much is your "friend" asking? gpkware

Thats if you want to take a chance by sending cash.... -TCT

I wonder if this album also comes in the Uraguay variation? The same as series 1? At 32 shipped seems like a decent deal. And it looks as if he takes paypal. gpkware

Has anyone ever seen a display box for any series from Argentina? I haven't and I'm wondering if they exist.

Hi Diego,
I've been looking for display boxes from the following Argentina releases...
"Basuritas" original series 1 "Basuritas" original series 2 "Basuritas" 2000 release ("Arconvert-Adhoc" on backs & sticker numbers 127-144 have yellow background) "Basuritas" 2001 release (sticker numbers 127-144 have multi-color background) "Basuritas" 2001 release (sticker numbers 127-144 have red background) "Basuritas 2" "Basuritas 3"
I'm wondering if maybe packs came in bundles like some of the non-USA ANS releases. *shrug*

I saved an old image of an original Basuritas series 1 wrappers. Argentina wrappers in my collection: (Salo pack & wrapper from Chile) The closest thing to a display box is the card box offer: -TCT

I'm pretty sure that do not exist a box for these releases, only wrappers.

Hey guys. I got a sweet package in the post today - a full and near-mint condition Basuritas 2 album with a bunch of wrappers. I was comparing the wrappers to those featured on Barren Aaron's site and there are 4 that I have that aren't on there. Nor can I find any information on them anywhere? Has anyone on here seen them before? They're the top row in the picture. A printing error perhaps? Any info would be great. Happy collecting! Attachments:

Hello gollum4president, Nice set of Basuritas 2 wrappers . Like most of what is released from South America, quality is not a priority. All of these wrappers are truly from the same release. Here are some examples from my collection: The printing quality starts to degrade after the first set of green wrappers. -TCT

Great wrappers TCT! Thanks for the info. I'm guessing then that my top row are suppose to be the full colour ones and maybe they ran out of ink? But you're right, quality control doesn't seem to be top of their list! You guys did a much better job with the fan releases. Excited much!
