Dude I'm sorry if I mislead you, I'm honestly still trying to find the perfect solution but when it comes to binders that allow you to view the front and backs of cards, I'd still say that Ultra Pro is the best, I'm just worried about unintentional ring damage. Plus, angled D-rings still seem hazardous to me.
Seems like you're happy with the toploaders though, so great! I might buy one of those fancy schmancy MtG binders and I'll let you know how it works out. I think if I put the cards in pennysleeves I can still pull them out of the binder and look at both sides if I want to from time to time.

It was only $30 for the two binders, so it’s not that big of a deal. But I appreciate your apology, that means a lot. Thank you! But yeah, the penny sleeves and top loaders are working out great. Of course, I am very lazy so I only have series 1-5 top loaded, but I’ll get to series 6-9 by 2021, ha ha! Good luck with the fancy binders. Those are the ones without rings, right? Please do let me know how it turns out.

Not the perfect solution though... The fancy binders have fabric behind the cards, the ringed binders screw up the cards, top loaders aren’t as efficient for looking through the cards. You know what all of this means? It’s time to ditch our physical cards and collect TOPPS X WAX DIGITAL GPK ON BLOCKCHAIN!!! (just kidding, to hell with that crap, ha ha)

I'm restricting myself to collecting the original series ONLY, I see much of the new crap as cheap cash grabs. The art is so unappealing with the new cards with few exceptions.

I think my long term plan is to top-load all of my cards, but I will wait until I can find a good price on 1000 top-loaders. I am going to just upgrade my binders until then. I just ordered 2000 top loaders and 2000 penny sleeves. Figured I will need something to do in a few weeks when that second wave of COVID hits. Well it took two months, but I am finally done penny-sleeving and top-loading my OS1-OS9 card sets. Now to tuck that box away on a shelf and pull it out only a few times over the next five years, ha ha!

I actually just bought a big cedar chest to hold my collection and I might just go this route as well...

Also, I picked up these extra "thick" toploaders that perfectly hold full or empty packs.

So glad I bought a complete set recently, looks like the prices keep going up.

By the way, is your first series set glossy? So glad I bought a complete set recently, looks like the prices keep going up. It’s a mix of glossy and matte. I wasn’t picky when I was putting it together, since I was trying to do it on the cheap. I bought a bunch of large lots on ebay, and had about 8000 cards at one point. This was back when you could get large lots at about ten cents per card. I put together my OS1-OS9 sets by going through all 8000 cards and taking the ones in the best condition. Then I sold the rest to make most of my money back. I think after the dust settled, I spent about $300-$400 total on all of my sets. So while my OS1 set is mixed, it is in good condition.
