I know the seller of this figure. He offered me a trade on it but I declined. Not into marbled s2's anymore. Heck I think I had traded/sold this figure off at some point. Poor guy can't find a home.

I'm thinking of keeping him. If I dont get 5 Bills I'll keep him gladly. I just have a blue green horsey and a green kirk. I was really trying for a trade on 1 of 4 figs I need yet for the set. Hes a great fig. I love blue greens.

I owned the figure for about 15 years. It was part of a 16 figure lot I won on eBay. I sold it last week for $200 because I have another Kirk. Thought I was helping someone out. Had I known it was just going to be flipped, I wouldn’t have sold it for such a low price, if at all.

Well when I messaged you a couple months ago to ask if it was for sale after I seen you say it was for sale in a thread you said "200$ because it is the less desirable blue green" I love blue green! That's why I asked to buy it! I have a green kirk and a blue green henry so I decided to flip it! You sold the fig to me with no stipulations or questions asked. I didnt beg you to sell me it I dont know where the favor comes into play. I felt guilty spending money on myself and wanted to maybe get something for my daughter for xmas. Like I already told u and repeatedly apologized in messages that it upset u. Well I understand how seeing someone make 300 off of something u just sold to them would upset anyone. But that's life! I dont know how many losses I've taken on gpk! I make money when I can. I apologize again and didnt mean to upset anyone but once i buy something its mine i can do what I want with it. And i am a true collector and a nice person. Thank u

Peace I think once you own something it is up to you to decide what to do with it. Sure, it sucks for the original seller to see something they sold get listed for more than their sales price. But things change, I don’t think people should be obligated to keep things for any reason. Transactions happen. Transactions need to happen sometimes to move forward. Selling things for more and then reinvesting is how I was able to build my art collection. I think if the price of something is too high for your taste, then just don’t buy it. There are tons of overpriced auctions every year.

I spent a lot of money putting together an orange cheap toy set that I really liked, but then had to sell it to afford kidney medication for my cat. Sometimes people have to sell things they really like to afford something else that's more important.

Cheap toys lost out in that scenario. I bought a peach set to replace the orange set, but it's not the same. I hate the peach set!

One last point: it's one thing to re-sell something for the price you bought it for, and another thing to re-sell it for more. I didn't make a profit on the orange cheap toy set. That's not to say someone shouldn't try to (especially if they have a legitimate reason), but I also would understand the original seller's frustration. So I get where both sides are coming from.

Yea I get the frustration too, but hes worth more to me than the person I got it from I think. I would tell anyone who wanted to know I scored it for 200. Just like the guy on ebay selling the red Micky he says he got it in a bag of muscle men. Probably didnt pay much for it at all. That's how nice seen collectibles bought and sold.

Is that red Mickey in good condition? I was looking at the photos, and in one of them it almost seems like it has some color fading. But that could just be my eyes playing tricks on me.

I don’t feel burnt at all. $200 was always the asking price. Those who have ever bought anything from me know I like to help people out and typically sell things for very reasonable prices. I only decided to sell this figure because I recently acquired another, and thought I could help someone get a S2 figure for their collection without breaking their wallet. Had I known the intent was to quickly try and flip the figure, I honestly probably wouldn’t have sold it.
That said, sure people are free to do what they want with something they’ve purchased, but there’s nothing I dislike more in this world than eBay scalpers. Especially when the asking price is two and half times the price that was originally paid. There’s a huge difference between buying and selling to build up to something bigger you want, and then there’s taking advantage of your fellow collectors.

You're a big baby while were at it. Tell me then how much did you pay for the figure? I'm taking advantage of people now man get over yourself. Now I'm not sorry at all. You're just a big baby I'm glad you're upset you dont deserve it. Calling it less desirable. Stay mad

I bought a red one and a green one from Mike. Both for 200 your price isnt so low. I just had a high asking price. Cause its mine now. Haha matter a fact I bought 5 novos from Mike I had the first pick out of anyone and I picked a blue green henry. Because i love blue green. U think they're less desirable. Ask Mike. Oh and I flipped the red kirk cause it was mine.

I sold all my Neon Yellows earlier in the year. I sold for way less then what I bough them for. Unfortunately I needed the cash more then I needed the toys. The guy told me upfront he'd be selling some or maybe all. After he bought them I honestly didn't care what he did with them. They were his at that point. I can understand though if someone persistently asks for something out of your collection that you may or may not want to part with, then quickly try and flip it. That would piss me off for sure. I had a guy do that to me once, he wanted a Chris out of my collection that I wasn't advertising. I finally relented to be nice as he was building a Chris chain. He did hold off on selling it for a while but once he was done with collecting he sold it. The point that upsets me was I had asked him to sell it back to me if he ever decided to part with it for what I sold it to him for. He sold it to someone else for more then he paid which still irks me to this day.
