Sorry if this is common knowledge or covered elsewhere. I’ve read multiple articles on the odds, etc. But, what does /50 mean for Fools Gold or /75 for Bloody Nose? And the *Sequentially Numbered?.. so one card is 24/50. Does that mean it’s card# 24 of the 50 in the gold-bordered set? Any of this have to do with odds or not? Thanks in advance!

Thanks in advance! /50 means there are 50 gold-bordered cards of the particular card in existence. So there are 50 gold-border cards of "Lepre Shaun", for example. /75 means 75 red-border cards exist. And you are correct - "24/50" means it is card #24 out of the 50 that exist.

Check it out, my one and only blank-back from the new set!: I bought this one because it has my name, and because it has an actual cabbage patch kid on it (unlike virtually all the other cards in this set). My only question is, what is the reference here? What is "Rob Bot" a spoof of? I thought it might be a morlock from The Time Machine, but I don't think that's right. Any thoughts?

It's a parody of a classic film called Robot Monster from 1953, one of the better films to have come out back when everyone was trying to cash in on the gorilla space-man panic at the time.
It truly boggles my mind how movie studios will just keep cramming CGI into their movies, wasting valuable money and resources, when all you have to do to make a believable and terrifying beast is buy a stinky old gorilla costume and a child's astronaut helmet.

Thanks! I would never have figured that out. Now I will have to track that movie down and watch it!

People were stupid in the 1950s. They were scared of gorilla costumes and cheap rubber suits. What maroons! Today, we need CGI to get scared because our imaginations are garbage and we need to be spoon-fed exactly what it is we should be afraid of. We are much smarter now than we used to be!
