Hey Underground - question. I scored 2 complete boxes of cheap toys recently and I want to sell one to recoup some cash. One of the boxes isnt in as good shape with the perforated part being perforated (not sure if thats a word?!). The bags inside are mint and unopened. So to maximize my return, do I break up the box to sell the figs individually? I dont mind the extra work. On a quick look it seems like some of the figures are colored if that makes a difference.

Yeah, the market is flooded with CT boxes, I'd sell them individually 12-15 each. It's also a better way to meet other collectors and to get leads on other toys. Good luck.

Thanks! Last question, what's the best way to photograph them so buyers can best see the color of the fig inside?

At that price point I wouldn't bother. If you check yourself and list it honestly most buyers will take you at your word. It's not like you are selling unopened rares.
