My Duncan Pumpkins. 5 raw bold swirls, 3 Sgorbions, 4 Die Total Kaputten, Hebrew, UK, 4 Holiday Sgorbions stickers, Mega Sgorbions (w/ back variations), Les Crados, color sketch, BGS 9 with swirl, rack pack with swirl, and a boat load of PSAs (all but two have a nice bold swirl). Oh, and above is the art to the back. Duncan Pumpkin, the best artwork from the most mysterious GPK artist, David Burke (not even 100% sure that is his correct name). Nobody, and I mean nobody (not even the creators of GPK themselves), know who this guy is. Not Art Spiegelman, not Mark Newgarden, and not Len Brown. . Pm me all the information you have about him. And I will find him !!! It's what I do

Excellent, the world of GPK would be indebted to you. I'll ping you soon. Be careful who you are dealing with. Listen, and understand. GPKDNA79 is out there, it cant be bargained with, it cant be reasoned with, it doesn't feel pity or remorse or fear, and it absolutely will not stop...EVER.

There's this guy. He's a kind of cop. At least he used to be. He doesn't care about the law. He doesn't care about proof. He only cares about what's right.

Excellent, the world of GPK would be indebted to you. I'll ping you soon. awesome. Especially any last knowns , or middle initials , state , COUNTRY !!!!!! That's the problem, there are almost no knowns about him, other than he painted 9 pieces for Topps GPK in 1986 (series 4). Rumors have circulated that he died, but nobody knows. John Pound said he thought he once read that he lives/lived in the Midwest or Northeast United States. Mark Newgarden was pretty sure about Burke being the correct last name, and was 90% sure that David was the correct first name, but recommended that I search other first names, which I did. I also tried seeking variations of the last name. I've since spoken to a lot of artists with the name Burke, including the very well known "Dave Burke" (Monster Fetish, which is super awesome stuff). I've spoken with cartoon historians, a multitude of artists with the name Burke, every OS GPK creator, writer, and director, and several GPK artists, a cartoon museum (at Ohio State Univ., which received Jay Lynch's archive), and I'm waiting to hear back from the Society of Illustrators. Even Joe Simko, Jeff Zapata, and Aaron Booton have searched for this guy during the documentary. And the current Topps GPK regime tried finding him. So, it's not from lack of effort that we don't know about him, he's just a freakin' ghost. If you can solve this riddle, then you're a hero with some tricks up your sleeve, and that should put you in the GPK hall of fame. What's surprising is that we know just about everything about all the other artists, even James Bennett, who Mark Newgarden found several months ago for us (he's a top notch book illustrator). We know about Bill Wray who did only a single piece, albeit he's now famous because of Ren and Stimpy, and does killer fine art, and is thus pretty easy to find. Researchers have even found Mae Jeon, who keeps to herself and only did a few pieces. But then there is the mysterious David Burke, who painted iconic GPKs and was an outstanding artist (even James Warhola, a brilliant painter who knows a thing or two about good painting, called them "frikkin great"), yet we know virtually nothing about him. So, the only thing I can say is that many people have busted their tails to find him but we've come up with nothing. It's too bad because this guy left an impact on tens of millions of kids around the world, but he's not fully recognized for it with details about who he was as a person and artist. Hope we find him, and good luck!

Wow that’s some impressive stuff, makes my collection seem massively inferior. Problem is now, anything that’s rare or even somewhat rare is crazy money. Wish I hopped on the craze 6 or 7 years ago. Awesome collection!

Awesome collection! And that's if you can even find anything worth collecting anymore. What I wouldn't give to get my hands on one of those OS16 proofs...

Yeah I hear ya, unfortunately people tend to hoard too, I’m just trying to find one particular card and can’t, meanwhile some collectors will have 20 of the exact card. But I guess that’s how it goes

Although I'm not into the newer GPKs, I couldn't pass this one up as one of my son's name is Quinn. Plus, it's a pretty sweet piece.
