I know that at least 74 of the 80 cards from what would have been OS16 were reproduced between 2003-2013. What I don't know if the other 8 cards were ever reproduced.
58 cards in the All-New Series 1 (ANS1) #1a/b-#30a/b (except for #22a/b)
16 cards in the Chrome Series 1 (CS1) Lost Cards subset #L7a/b-#L14a/b
Those same 16 cards were also previously released in the Flashback Series 1-3.
That leaves 8 missing cards from the 82-card Original Series 16 set unaccounted for. Does anyone know different?

Nope, that page does not answer my question. The cards were used for ans1 and some released in flash back 6 it says .unless I'm misunderstanding your question. The set would be ANS1. ..

All have been released but a lot had name changes from the original intended os16 set. I once hoped topps would do a os16 set but considering they wouldn't even put schizo Fran in chrome 2, it's best for them to just leave it in the grave. Although, someone doing a true to the original fan set type release would be pretty awesome.

In some alternate universe, how cool would it be if Topps actually released this series. You know, like the way it used to be...wax packs, GUM, same card stock and box!? I would be all over that.

That would epic but Topps is too dumb to capitalize on something cool that the fans actually want. Also, do they still make sticks of gum or Bazooka? If not, would be tough to get that old school feel without it. Plus the packs would be much thinner and wouldn't fill box completely. We may have to band together and reproduce this on our own using old gum sticks from OS packs. I have a bunch lol

Yeah, in reality the gum wouldn't be the same, and packs would now be $2.50 instead of $0.25. I'd wind up just going on eBay and buying the set for $15 instead...

Didn't someone have the negatives and made a OS16 black and white set?

The guy sold a set on eBay if I remember right. He was on FB telling the story of how he made the set. I think that he even is a member here but I'm not sure.
