Hi Lordlee,
I'm curious about your process's durability. Wayne's ear is the perfect piece for my question (and it seems you use the same material for a few of the other characters). Is it possible for Wayne's ear (and/or wolf face) to simply fall/slide off as time goes by or even break off if the doll fell over? Is that portion of the doll something that should never be touched because it could damage or loosen it? I'm not asking you to divulge your "trade" secrets, only asking for more information on quality and care of the products.

its done the same way as the dude who does the figures with apoxi scult and they say it binds to any and all things when it dries and can be sanded or even drilled so it is the best thing to use as i use the same as this guys uses. but note they are not like toys they are for display but i have walked around with wayne layed him down and even knocked his head on things a bit and its ok, the only thing is no paint really sticks to viynl well not even the one that is for it, i have tryed it but this paint seems to hold up well. but no paint on viynl is water proof but will hold as long as you dont rub it on asphalt lol then like and thing the paint will get scratched, but i asure you mine are better then the one double heather doll they have on ebay and my prices are better  they want to much for her and don't even look right compared to the cards ... here is the dudes vid on the apoxi |

I don''t really know how much or long, i grab up the dolls when ever i find them and then try and make then into what ever card fits them the best. some like messy tessie are taking a long while do to making the snot and finding something that works for it and i only work on the dolls when i can in between work at my job unless there are parts of a doll i can do at home. stuff like the outfits are done at the shop and things like tessies snot is a clear resin that should have dryed a week ago but friday it was still sticky so i may have to find another way to do it. time is key and could take a while to find what ever is need or works best for each doll and the money and funding has to be there to make the dolls so some times i have to wait the i can buy thing i need for the dolls lol, the bills put a halt on things some times. who did you have in mind? Some dolls like a roy bot could take months to figure out how to make a doll into him but can be done.

Will be asking a set price for dolls when they are done. Can't be putting up them for sale for less then what it takes to make the dolls, if i keep doing so will have to stop making them cus it's not paying off on my end lol. and that's no good for one of a kind things if people don't want to pay for the time and materials to make them....that's bad business:(
