I have asked them before but they will never give any details. They just said they would look and see what older stuff they have and may eventually put it on eBay and to keep an eye out. I wish someone from Topps would post here every now and then, not just the artists or does anyone have a contact that can search for us? I believe that the guy who runs the GPK Chase site is working on a new site that will have a nice art section. Yea, it would be great if Topps was more interactive with the fans. I know some members here are in constant contact with some people at Topps. If they do decide to put more art on ebay, I hope it's auction style, not real high BIN prices like the Holly Daze final they listed right before Christmas. Although with all the new art collectors I imagine an auction for final art wouldn't end cheaply.

]I'm assuming the final is with topps. They seemed to keep every final and the artist only have the colors/pencil Still an awesome pickup that I'm surprised nobody thought to ask about. I wonder what other finals Topps still has. I know they auctioned of the Poster art but obviously not the wrapper art. I think someone owns the Cheap Toy box color rough on the UG. From what I last saw rus van still owns the color rough. I think he mentioned that the final was lost so that was the closest he gets to the original art. I think bunk still has the rough pencil but that's it.

The mattes and frames arrived today so I took the art up to Michael's and here it is! Very impressed with their work. It felt like Christmas today! Adding mattes and frames really adds to these special pieces, even more that I thought they would. I cannot wait for my next batch. Thanks Geoff and Rawls for some of the tips!

I don't buy many new characters but my boys and I both loved this guy from Cut the Rope and for $150, had to get him:
I have some more pieces to get framed but they would not give me the discounts again on the same frames...have to wait for a new coupon on them now. Hopefully soon!

Great job Gruson! Your passion for the hobby really shines through here. Also, Mad Donna has never looked better – great color choices throughout but especially there!

Thanks, those are my favorites too.
Choosing the mattes is fun but tough. They only have a limited amount of suede mattes (which I prefer) so it can be a bit tricky My next batch looks even better, more colorful, and I am very excited about them. I picked out the mattes but have to wait for the coupon now...

A HUGE update! My new finals are all framed up, all six of them. Classic GPK characters! It was like Christmas opening up the Michael's framing packages and I am just thrilled with every single one of them. I realize I will probably never own an OS1 - OS3 final but I found the next big thing, at least for me. I just love the original characters the best. The GPK "classic combos" series were some of my favorite cards. It's great seeing them both on one card. My boy New Wave Dave was back too. Seeing a final in person is something else. The colors are so vibrant and it's so clear. Love it.
I hope to have everything on the wall soon, both finals and color roughs. Here are the latest additions:
I feel so fortunate to own this one! My favorite character of all time:
This one is my favorite combo! It also just looks amazing in person.
Tiny Tim and Charlotte!
Scotty!
Group shot. If you know where the other finals or color roughs are, let me know. I would love to own more, especially the Max Stacks/Adam Bomb one as well as Mad Max and Dead Ted (Simon!)
I was not sure about the colors when I chose this one but wow. It came out great, especially in person:
My boys and I always do this so it was a must have. One of my favorite characters too:
Thank to geepeekrazy for this one. Always a fan of Large Marge!
Thank you Geoff for Cheeky! I have decided I want all of the frames to be the same size so did this one to match. Going to redo some of my first batch too.
For those wondering, most of the finals are from Junghwa Im and she is one of the nicest artists I have met. Like David Gross, she confirmed that none of the original characters were photoshopped. All were drawn with pencil first and were to be as close to the original versions as possible to please fans. The differences are there but I just love them and hope to acquire some of the other classic GPK character cards. Simon, I need the Mad Max/Dead Ted one!
It took a lot of work to track down these pieces and that Adam Bomb wrapper art. I just love the art and the hunt and it has really worked out so far.
That's it. You can probably tell that I am super excited.
