So what the hell happened? Is anyone going to tell the story? This seems to be a case of "what happens at the con stays at the con". Exactly, but also, at least for me, after about 10pm or so, I really couldn't tell you all that happened because I can only remember pieces, and those pieces sometimes, strangely don't make logical or linear sense. Going to a UG Con is like falling into a rabbit hole and finding yourself in an unmagical world of "shawties," Liquid Ass, Sleep shots, slingshots, pugjab, Butterbeer, Cuban nightclubs, Wallgreens, young anime cosplay girls, blue rooms/lounges, teabagging, witches; it's a world where you best love rollercoasters, better keep up with your Iphone, pranks, have a pocketful of Flashback GPK cards so you can peel those bitches and slap them anywhere, singing loudly in taxicabs, holding onto and trusting other shawties because you can no longer walk upright, f**cking up the transmission of a rental car and plastering GPK sticker ALL over it, and be always aware of a Liquid Ass ambush. In other words, a UG Con is everything you would think spending a weekend alone with other Garbage Pail Kids collectors would be like, and more. For me it also involved puking, running around a hotel pranking random rooms, laying in a massaging chair so fuggin drunk in a hotel lobby talking about masterbating to all the people in the lobby (including strangers) while we waited for the cab to arrive, dancing with a hot Asian young lady at a night club at least 10 years younger than me and some other women while singing a pop song I was even suprised I knew, spending WAY more on alcohol than gas, collectibles at the con, food COMBINED, riding rollercoasters with Cory mostly Hulk and the dragon ride in the Harry Potter section, riding the Sling Shot twice with Jimbo, filming the doomed expression on TCT's face as he was fastened into the Sling Shot and he looked up to the sky and realized he was fugged, LOL, having an air hockey tourney, wrestling with Vero over a bag of minifigures we found at the same exactly time (like we were a couple of 5 years olds, lol)...I'll think of more later!!! |
