Well, I thought it would make a good debate at least, because reading around, and looking at what's for sale I can only come to this conclusion.
Even up to 2011 there were always sets that could be bought for about £60-70... for the last six months or so, I have barely seen any, and when they do, they are generally series 1 or 6... If they are not these two, they are generally going for silly money.
So, I would say that as of now (or rather since about the middle of 2012), UK GPK series are no longer available. It took me about a year to find a good series 5 set, and that was the last of the OS UK/US sets I added to my collection.
So, since the UK minis were the most successful after the US ones, I would say that we have reached a critical point in GPK history with the exhausting of UK GPK stock.
I suppose that this also means that the prices are much harder to ascertain now.
2010 most sets were £45-60 2011 this had gone to £60-100 Now in 2013 it's anyones guess... Outside of Series 1 and 6, I would say that the values must be £100 for the more common 2 and 3, and then up to £180-200 for the rarer GG92 and Series 5...
There are some sets on ebay.co.uk now for £200... but these are over-priced.
I was lucky to get my UK OS5 early this year for £120, but I did get 5 unopened packs too, so I reckon that was a bit of a deal.

200 pounds seems a little bit much for me. I recently sold a GG92 set minus 3 cards for 90 euro. All in MINT conditions.

Seriously, I just dont see them anymore... it's the time when they become a bit more special, but it's also the time that they become out of reach of most new fans... so it's good for those who have completed sets, but a real shame for those who would otherwise want them - just not enough to go round.... shame really, as I don't personally enjoy the rarity that much, more the emotional feelings from my youth - so to have complete sets of all, must put you in a fairly exclusive club... I wonder how many people have all the UK sets, as I have been wondering if I am in a club of 100's or 1000's...

Series 4 and 5 are the harder ones to get. And you really don't see that many series 6 sets either. Series 1 is still fairly common and you don't have to wait that long for a series 2 set to come up. I have series 2 and 3 sets available to sell but haven't got round to putting them on ebay yet.

I think a deticated group of about 100 collectors who have the complete variation 1-gg92 uk sets.. I know about 10 collectors who do in the Netherlands The UK1 boxes seem to go for a lot more then a few years ago but i think that is just because the USA OS1 box is almost unreachable for the most of us ,so people grab the next best thing! I think supplies do begin to run out ,some stuff really gets harder to find like gg91 packs and boxes I wish someone found a case off gg91 in some abandoned warehouse in ballincollig, cork Anyway i wish to complete my variations quick before supplys do run dry... So if anyone reads this... Please look at my needs/trade topic

So if anyone reads this... Please look at my needs/trade topic I've only got numerical sets of UK OS1 through GG92 with the exception of OS 4 and 6 which are variations... though hopefully im still in a relatively small club. I would have though there mkust be a good few hundred complete numerical set holders out there... as far as the variation sets go, i'm not too sure... must be a lot less. I always wanted to know production run numbers, but I guess they are a Topps secret, if they even know that accurately.

Now some new collectors are buying crappy cards for insane prices Not much UK boxes and packs anymore on feebay

That is an insane score... my best score was US OS 2-15 for £90 in about 2001... I ended up having to pay £140 for UK OS 5 to complete my series in 2013, but luckily in 2012 I picked up Garbage Gang 92 up for about £40 in the US under an incorrect item listing... so it does balance out I suppose.
