this is a true story!
was lurking on the UG about a month ago, talking with Dxtc Sestren and Wayne. i was just mentioning in the chatbox about how pumped up i was about picking up UG Fanset 3 from Jimbo. my first. Wayne mentioned to me that he still had a bonus card from that series if i'd like to purchase it. i politely refused, as i had tapped out all of my available funds on the fanset and the cost to ship it to me here in Canada. Dxtc mentioned that the bonus card was the last to complete his set, and if i wasn't gunna buy it, he'd grab it. i said for sure, go for it!
wayne then mentioned that he also had a rare 'wacky garbage' sticker still available.
about 5 seconds later, Dxtc pipes up and says to Wayne "you know what? send Fermentis that wacky garbage sticker. i'll pay for it".
(jaw hits the floor)
it was such an amazing gesture. the generosity of the members here is so incredible.
Rest assured Dxtc, you made my night! it went to a very good home. it looks SICK in my collection. absolutely love it.
Clearly this man is awesome!!!!!!! thank you so much again dude. an absolute pleasure to have met you!!
Looking forward to repaying you in the future!
