btw- u guys saw the Negan look alike at the end?? Oh yeah? During the next episode preview? Need to go back and watch it! I went back and watched the episode with the blonde haired guy and the hippy girl with the tattoo on her leg. Turns out the watch that Rick gives the blonde kid is the same one that guy from Terminus is wearing when Rick blanks on him. At first I thought it was Glenn's watch. At the very end during the flashback scene

Thought the last episode was good. Obviously not as good as the last episode. That ending was f**ked up.

It's the fear the hunters storyline... it was awesome in the books and I really like the twist they put in the series by telling the story as to how the hunters became what they are and also how they are using Bob in the place of Dale...

What did u think of the Beth episode? I liked it more the 2nd time I watched it. There's lots of foreshadowing going on if u pay close attention, like Noah being from Richmond, VA where they have "big walls", which is the same direction that Abraham and co are headed. I'm guessing that will be the TV version of Alexandria.
So it must be Noah hiding in the woods with Daryl right?!

What did you guys think of the last episode? I thought it was okay. They tried to be a little too artsy fartsy in it for my liking. It felt like a throwaway episode to me. Only like 6 characters were in the episode.

Only like 6 characters were in the episode. It was ok, at least there was a death, made it bearable. I tend to like the episodes where Daryl is involved. The plot is weak, has been for two seasons, imo. Terminus and the Hospital could have been fleshed out more or something, they just seemed like after thoughts compared to seasons surrounding Hershall's farm/the prison/Woodbury. Ready for the group to dig in SOMEWHERE and stay and fight for something, that's all. Best show on TV still, though!

looks like the series is going in the right direction and sticking more to the books as of late... also it seems the season finale will be a 90 min special!

I wanna know what's up with all the zombie torsos that fell out of the truck in episode 0509. They had "W"s carved into their foreheads! Lol

Nice find! re-read the comix if u got time so u know what I'm talking about...anyway I like the way the director of the fifth season is writing some of these villains' background stories..The Wolves appear in the book but aren't mentioned as The Wolves anywhere and no way do they get a long story arc.. I think they get a max of ten pages..more or less like the cannibals

You're right. Usually the book will expound more on the characters but in this case the show is actually giving way more back story. Prime example is the Termites/Hunters back story of Terminus. Can't wait for the 90 min finale! :-)

Anybody else think the kid letting go of the red balloon will have negative consequences for Alexandria? Groups, both good and bad, will be able to see it from miles away. It signifies the presence of civilization, children, parents, society, etc.

The Walking Dead was absolutely incredible last night. There were a few "OH f**k" moments for me. So much tension you could cut it with Michonne's sword.

Best 5 issue mini-series of the WD comic for me (#80-84) and best episode so far, both titled "No Way Out". So many suprises even for the comic book readers. The swiss cheese skull-faced zombie at the start of the night scene was so sketchy looking haha

Love Daryl's rocket launcher moment in the beginning! My favorite moment since when Rick killed Joe, which is my favorite WD moment of all time.

If anyone is interested in the Walking Dead comics here's a link for issues #1-102: www.mediafire.com/?t23jp7qcdqtkkThe files are in cbr/cbz (comic book reader) format so you'll need to download an app to view them. For IOS I use Cloudreaders and for Windows I use ComicRack. Some of the files only work on Windows like #84 which is essentially last Sunday's episode! Lots of spoilers for sure but keep in mind that Darryl & Merle aren't in the comics so it's still a different universe for the most part. Enjoy! :-) I think the comic is currently at around issue #150 so there's a bunch missing.

Seems like Negan could take out Hilltop in about an hour, but who would do all their farming for them? Still feels like there's a piece missing here.
And, Glen survives another episode, that's always good.

Anyone feel sad after last night's episode? Seems like everyone are selling their souls. The past 3 or so episodes have been hard to watch.

She seems to be unraveling a bit tho. Kill or be killed is the modus operandi for "the next world". "I like the death. I like the misery. I like this world!!!!!"

Holy cliffhanger! So who do you think met Lucille? The opening scene for Season 7 is going to be very gory if they start out right where they left off.
I went back and read issue #100 and Negan's speech is almost exactly word for word, only he uses a lot more F-bombs in the comic. "It's going to be pee pee pants city here real soon!" Haha
Look forward to finding out more about the guys on horses wearing riot gear that Morgan meets next season.
