I busted a sealed hobby box that didn't have a single peach. That's why some have 3.

I'm also apprehensive after the last few sets. I actually had to look up many of the shows from "Trashy TV" (maybe I'm out of touch) and the "Adam-geddon" had me excited for some wild concepts, but ended up rather predictable. Hopefully this one uses it's concept better (the wide spread of genres is promising), as I do like many of the "Hall of Lame/Shame" ones they've done in a similar vein. I just don't know why we even need themed sets in the first place. GPK always encompassed parodying all things pop culture, so I'm not sure why things can't be all kitchen sink like they used to be. This may even relieve the problem with some, um, not so great ideas, just to hit the required number of art pieces to fill a themed set. Anywho, with that said, the Live Mike did inspire me to do a bit of photoshop (NOT a real pack): That's awesome!!! Love it!! It should look exactly like that. Can you do other photoshop wizardry? Like make different body parts look bigger? Asking for a friend. Ha!

It all boils down to money, chrome is more expensive to make compared to the online sets. Why pay more to make quality cards when they can make thin non appealing cards at a better profit. Sadly your right.

I agree with many points everyone has posted. There will always be the Original series. I have favorites from every release and some lame ones I can't stand. As far as the new stuff, really some flimsy stuff being produced but do I stop collecting? No way! I'm still at it and will till Topps kills it or me.

Should we do a standoff for the worst OS Kid? Maybe series by series with the 4 worst of each series? Let's do it!

I love this place, can't wait for the next set to be released because then more people come here and all of the old conversations pick up again! I like the tournaments and polls that are often done, and I love the fan sets. The feedback boards are awesome, they should give everyone more confidence in trading and I feel way better trading here because of them. Keep up the good work everyone! I don't even know how many mods we have...do we need more? Totally agree. Well said. Love this place!

Thanks! Which of these would you guess is the most rare? I know blue dot is super common, but everything else is still pretty sketchy. Yeah, all your Dots, Ali's, and Vegas are 'starter Novos'-I bought several recently for around 100 each (LOL), but they dance around the 125-175 usually, only 200 if they are in yellow or blue. Phil is the gem, but still under 300. Cat, Kirks, Jill, Micks 175-250 range. Dot is the worst of the worst, I've seen them sell on eBay for 50 dollars, LOL. Ironically blue Dot is her most common, and red. Really all of them though, not as many greens yet it's a boring color so... rarity doesn't always match the market. Green and red Novos are pretty damn boring, they are your low end ones typically, yellow and blue demand the top end of the range typically. TYPICALLY, I said. Russ is THE cheap toy authority. I wish I had a series 2 fig!

Hey guys, I just wanted to give a quick update to everyone that's expecting work/email responses from me. I've been sick the last few weeks and just got out of the hospital yesterday. Nothing life threatening, but it's going to take some time to get back in the swing of things with work and commissions next week. Just so everyone knows who is wondering. Thank you for your patience! Hope yer feelin better. ?
