This guy selling images of GPK had flooded eBay with this rubbish ..... He has also been using other sellers photos to advertise and make it look like he's selling sets . People actually bid on them but I'm guessing they don't read the listing first before putting the first bid in . yup and the images are not even printable either DIMENSIONS 190 X 260 WIDTH 190 PIXELS HEIGHT 260 PIXELS BIT DEPTH 24 JPEG IMAGE _____ selling thumbnails ... Oooooh useful ! Just what everyone needs. I can't believe they think the disc is the answer to completing or finishing sets and collectors would do that ! I messaged them a while ago and asked a heap of stupid questions . I asked if they would print out with the die cut and the relevant backs .

Any replies from Topps yet for the ones that emailed ? no. i'm guessing that US sales weren't strong enough for the last couple releases to warrant any action overseas. But looking back at the gpk timeline it's very possible that they release something in the uk when sales in the US finally dry up like they did in 2007. can you see that happening this time round ?

I guess they tested the market with the ans release,at least in UK , Sweden, Finland and Italy. I don't know how they sold though but I guess not too good That was not during a GPK BOOM PERIOD. Plus now they have the figures to cross-market the cards with. But yeah the ANS series was not very successful in foreign markets. Times have changed however. I think it will be a far different story now especially with facebook/twitter, both of which weren't around during that time; should help to educate foreign buyers on a gpk release. This is so true . They need to take advantage of the popularity and current demand . GPK is here to stay this time I feel .

I can tell you guys that it is being talked about. To be honest i'm very suprised it hasn't happened yet. There has to be a problem finding a distributor. They're obviously not going to work with panini (their competitor). I'll talk to steve and find out what the hold up is. Trash pack are very popular in southern europe too. In my travels in the past year, i've found them at toys'rus in huge displays all over spain, portugal, france and italy. Moosetoys beat topps with the toys but i can't believe they let them beat em in the cards/stickers in foreign markets too. They really are completely missing out and surprisingly slow to market these things in foreign markets in general. A lack of knowledge on the what/where/who is costing them market share in europe and elsewhere. They need to get serious about educating theselves on this new environment because as i can personally attest to, the foreign market has changed. People are much more knowledgeable on collectibles now and most countries have their own version of ebay and craiglist (in addition to the foreign ebay sites). What could be happening is that topps is waiting on a dual release (minikins and gpks) coupled with cartoon series and merchandise (like the trash pack displays in toys'r'us i spoke about). Based on that line of thinking, it's reasonable to expect something in foreign markets by the time a 3rd series of minikins is released (as sales numbers for the first 2 series prob won't be revealed to retailers till the 3rd quarter when all sales will be realized). So my guess is, Fall 2014. It would be a massive release. If they don't take advantage of the next 10 months of gpk mania (should be at its peak by summer) then Topps needs to fire whoever is in charge of those decisions because that just wouldn't make sense for a company trying to expand their reach and market share. I still think HOlland, the UK and Southern europe (spain, portugal, spain) are the best markets for GPK at the moment (based on trsh pack sales) so that's where they should end up first. I hope so! I believe E-Max/Giromax is the trash pack card distributor here in Spain and they're doing a great job they also have the Angry Birds cards too while Giochi Preziosi 8the Italian distributors) handle the rubber toys and they are everywhere, even in the cornershops ... I'm joining the emailing alliance representing Spain!!!! Let's bring GPKs BACK TO EUROPE!!!!!! That's the spirit !!! GPK for Europe campaign is on !!!

Well considering I got them just recently, they were expensive at least now I have almost the complete set, 55 cards, 1 binder, wrapper, Bonus card and promo binder still missing the sealed pack but being the same as Swedish and UK is really hard to find!...and it was hard to get nowadays here in Finland they dont keep that kind of stuff there is no market for it specially in the little town I live, just a few hours to the North Pole line, also the language is a problem to communicate... in my 3 years here I only have found 2 binders, 1 near complete set and one half set... nothing else!. Wow your not far from Santas house so I'm surprised ! What are those binders like ? Are they similar to the binders available now on the Topps site ?

Only thing is those trashpacks really flopped in Holland They are only a few who collect the figs and i think there wasnt a trashpack cardset released here. I guess the first step has to be a UK release, like there was in the old days. And then test the market in other countrys where cards need to be translated I hope someone from topps will read these topics and change there minds about foreign countrys.. Trash pack is everywhere here . They have the toys and stickers in all the shops pretty much . GPK has changed since the OS and is way more child friendly . Would be a great contender here to take on those stupid Trash Packs .

Years ago cards were printed in Europe so maybe they could start again. Did they release cards In your home country ? Well I am living now in Finland, and the 2004-2005 Finnish ANS1 set were imported from UK, even the packs are the same as the UK packs!... I missed out on ANS ..... I had no idea they were even back out then but doubt I'd have collected them any way back then . I was too busy spending my £££'s on beer and women !! Were they expensive for you ?

I liked the reboot of all OS characters in the german " die total kaputten kids" serie. Maybe topps can do something similar with the BNS series for europe , take all the best from these 3 sets And translate them. Well this whould be a dream come true It's certainly doable , we know that already from the previous releases. In the U.K right now 'Trash Pack' is pretty big and has no rival or anything close to it . GPK would take off no prolem and be bigger than ever .

I want foreign sets , i can get the cards shipped to me via via. I dont mind to pay the middle man as long i can avoid those damn custom taxes etc. Why did topps stop the albums etc like there was with ANS ... I said it before topps is missing out here Topps is certainly missing out, however I'm sure the U.S custom alone from GPK is plentiful. Especially now ! I'm pretty sure Topps could sort something online. Maybe the only alternative would be to do a European release only available in Europe much like before . This wouldn't solve the U.S problem but atleast give us something to get hold of here . If we can come up with a decent idea maybe then we can throw it in the direction of Topps . Might be able to drum up some interest here first before we do .

Ah ok! Well I will take part in this crusade! But I am almost sure if they decide those GPKs would be distributed on Europe the price will be homologized not converted! I mean the $50 box wont cost 30-35£ will be more like 40-45£, at the end we have to pay the taxes included, the saving maybe will come from shipping! But as always only for UK the rest of Europe will have to pay shipping anyway! Years ago cards were printed in Europe so maybe they could start again. Did they release cards In your home country ?
