Question, do the online sets have a high resale value? I know every one is different, but generally speaking. Thanks for any info
The Trumpocracy sets have a very high resale value if you check eBay, some listed for over $2,000.00 for 160+ cards. Actual value, you would have to move the decimal place two digits to the left on the listed price.
I can see the horror ones going for big bucks . the art was good . but most of the art for these online sets are very bad . the artist that did terrible tonya . he seems to be there go to guy for these sets . you can tell immediately which ones he did . his style just doesn't work for gpk . anyone else agree ?
Back to the crap nobody wants....more worthless cards about awards shows, gags that are forced, and super lazy ass artists that copy the same old crap.
If I never see Un-zipped Zac or Dead Ted card original or re-imagined again I could care less. They are no longer classics to me as they are beat to death. Like that same song they play every 5 minutes on the radio.
I am also sick as hell of seeing a card with the exact same smashing pose with the characters changed. We have like 50 of those stupid ass smashing cards now.
The art/and gags for the most part suck on this set. Most these movies in the globes and oscars, like the artists in the emmy and MTV awards, and the politicians, will mostly be forgotten in 10 years, making these a waste of money.
The Shape of Walter card is the only standout. It seems I do not think its a re-hash picture and the movie title went well with the name pun and the art is good. Plus Guillermo Del Toro has legs, as does his movies which are still widely loved many years after there release.
The art is good also on the Dwight walker card however as said it is a lazy ass re-hash of Dead Ted and not worth my time. Also even as a horror fan, have no idea what this cards movie is.
