Thanks for doing this tourney Steve. I've been voting whenever I can.
I really hate the parallel sets. It is what ruined the collecting for me. I could put up with the mediocre art because there were always a few awesome ones in each new set. But Topps making it impossible to complete sets for a reasonable price really turned me off.
So for that reason I am going with Tons Of Perplexing Parallel Sets!

Sure thing Jimbo, glad I could host something fun for everyone to enjoy. Thanks for incorporating the winning entry into Fanset VI, that is gonna be an epic card back!
I hate parallel sets too. It made my set feel incomplete if I didn't have the parallels so it really turned me off from the new stuff. Add in the crappy art, and collecting wasn't fun anymore. I still like to see the occasional new piece that is bad ass, and love to see UG members pick up the final of that piece and display it for the UG to see.
I imagine that the lack of hits piss people off that chase the inserts, so Their Odds Per Pack Suck is a great one as well. But for the same reason as Jimbo, TOPPS to me means Tons Of Perplexing Parallel Sets!

Thanks Steve, Jimbo and the rest of the UG crew for such a cool tournament. It was fun coming up with the acronyms and watching the tourney unfold. I love how although we collectors probably spend the equivalent of a small nation's GDP on our favorite trading cards every year, yet all of the acronyms were negative towards a certain company haha. I don't think there was one positive one. Guilty pleasures I suppose. The people have spoken! Best of luck to liquidfox in the finals. :shakes hands: If mine hadn't make it this far I'd be voting for yours all the way! This is me waiting for the results: ;-)

Thanks Steve, Jimbo and the rest of the UG crew for such a cool tournament. It was fun coming up with the acronyms and watching the tourney unfold. I love how although we collectors probably spend the equivalent of a small nation's GDP on Topps GPK products every year, yet all of the acronyms were negative towards Topps haha. I don't think there was one positive one. Guilty pleasures I suppose. Topps, the people have spoken! Best of luck to liquidfox in the finals. :shakes hands: If mine hadn't make it this far I'd be voting for yours all the way! This is me waiting for the results: ;-) Yours makes me laugh! Both are worthy of the fan set. The UG will decide. One thing is true....their odds per pack do suck.

Looks great Jimbo! Thanks for making this reverse card, and thanks for all of the work that you put into the fan sets. I know a lot of collectors look forward to each release, unlike the Tons Of Perplexing Parallel Sets lol
