So I took my son and daughter to go to Mr. Bunks residence to pick up some final art I purchased. With traffic and my kids we showed up a half hour late, sorry Tom. Tom lives in a nice area and humbly in a artists enclave. His house is littered with his artwork everywhere. It's a dream we've all had, tons of original artwork everywhere. His obvious favorites nicely framed and positioned nicely as one would do with a family photo. If you could imagine an artist as a mad scientist this is Tom Bunk. I mean this in a cool and respectful way, there's not a mean bone in this mans body. He's got the eccentric long hair, projects strewn everywhere, just an awesome setup. I wish I could have hung out there for more than the hour we stole from him. You could see something new in every direction, each time you look. Magazines piled 30-40 high, paint everywhere, artist supplies everywhere. A GPK OS3 Joe Blow card front and center on his desk and a cutout of Adam Bomb, looked like it came from a FB2 box. He was awesome to my kids and I, very gracious and paid attention to there questions. We felt as invited guests and quickly became comfortable. You get a sense of how hard it is to be an artist, looked like several jobs going at once, must be difficult to switch gears and meet deadlines with creativity of this nature. Toms a proud man, his work is definitely important to him but not a braggart. I have to say overall a great once in a lifetime experience. Oh, btw a cabbage patch kid so he could reference the facial features, you can see it in the photo below. Thanks Tom for a great memory and best to you! Keir Attachments:

Yeah that's my special needs daughter Katie, she needs more than an hour to warm up. She did have a good time though.

Very cool for him to stop what he's doing to mingle with a fan. I hope he gets back to the greatness of his OS8 and OS9 GPK artwork.

Thats a cool story Keir, and it sounds like it was a pretty cool experience for your kids. Did they get their favorite GPK card signed by Mr. Bunk?
